    <p><!--block-->Meredith joined Knowledge Beginnings in October 2016 and trained with the leadership team at the Kindercare in Needham Heights prior to joining the staff in Wellesley, MA at the start of the year. Prior to her work in early education and care, she worked for the public school system for ten years in a variety of different roles including school psychologist, classroom teacher, assistant principal, and acting principal for grades Prekindergarten through 12.&nbsp; Her educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Sociology, a master's degree and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in School Psychology and a Master's Degree in Organizational Management.</p><p><!--block-->Meredith enjoys being an aunt and spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her love for educating children, Meredith has a passion for health, wellness and fitness and she is a part time kickboxing instructor.</p><p><!--block-->She is honored to witness and be a part of the children's growth and development here at Knowledge Beginnings and sharing special moments with children and families.&nbsp;</p>

    <p><!--block-->Francesca Ephraim has been the Assistant Director at Wellesley Knowledge Beginnings since February 2017. She has enjoyed working with the families, teachers, and especially the children. Watching them grow amuses her is to see what great achievers they all are, and what they will become.</p><p><!--block-->Since growing up in Boston, MA, she has been working in the education field for 17 years. She currently holds a Director 1 and Director 2 certification in Massachusetts and is currently pursuing her Doctorate Degree in Education. She has a Master’s Degree in Education, Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education/Human Services, and an Associate’s Degree of Science in Early Childhood Education. Education is her key to a successful life and dream.&nbsp; In completion of her Doctorate Degree she will pursue her dream goals within the education field.</p><p><!--block-->In her spare time she loves to sing, read, clean and continues to be the best mom for her two sons and the best wife to her husband.&nbsp;</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Michelle has chosen to work with children because there isn't anything more satisfying to her than seeing children develop and grow to reach new milestones. In her spare time, Michelle spends time with family and gives hair cuts to friends and family.</p>
